Industrial Services Inc. self-performed the full building envelope water/air barrier package on the new Macomb Intermediate School District school building for Baker Construction, working around the project's curved brick entry piers, arched precast window surrounds, and cast stone detailing. Scope included fluid-applied air/vapor barrier behind masonry veneer and at all parapets (41,441 SF), urethane joint sealants at masonry control, expansion, and cast stone joints (24,068 LF), and bituminous foundation dampproofing (9,975 SF) — over 1,570 labor hours self-performed by IS1's union crews.
