Eastern Michigan University trusted us to bring their Rynearson football stadium bleachers back to life.
Two-part scope on the home side bleachers, no shortcuts allowed on this stadium structure. Joint sealant replacement at precast-to-precast joints plus a full surface clean on the precast stands.
We started the project by power washing the entire home side precast bleacher structure — over 116,000 SF across four sections, top to bottom. Giving the precast structure a brand-new look. Then we cut out and replaced 6,000 LF of failed sealant across the home side precast stands to help protect water infiltration to the concourse below.
680 hours. 85 man-days. Each joint resealed, every surface clean, ready for kickoff.
