Part of Olympia Development of Michigan's $200 million commitment to District Detroit was met with their Little Caesar's World Headquarters office and training center.
This $150 million, nine-story, 234,000 sqft building features a unique, front glass facade comprised of 150 individual 14ft tall pizza slices, each separately sealed by Industrial Services. We also installed:

11,000 sqft of waterproofing
3,000 sqft of dampproofing
firestop for 800 pipe penetration
firestop for 5,000 wall feet of partitions
15 MILES of joint sealant
traffic coating
expansion joints
