Industrial Services was contracted to install the below-grade waterproofing and the above-grade air/vapor barrier on the new EMU golf clubhouse which protects the building’s envelope from air and moisture infiltration.
As part of the project, Industrial Services installed WR Meadows, Mel-Rol, sheet waterproofing and WR Meadows Airshield SMP air/vapor barrier. From the Mel-Rol waterproofing that was installed on the below-grade foundation walls to the Airshield SMP that was installed on the exterior framed walls, with this full air and moisture protection system, this building will be protected from all the elements. Having these products installed on your building will ensure a weather tight fortress that is built to last.
