Starting 2023, Industrial Services self-performed the AVB, dampproofing, caulking & firestop scope across one of the largest automotive battery manufacturing campuses in the country. 11 contracts on 11 different buildings & site packages.
Precast walls, concrete slabs, & masonry. Scope: air & vapor barrier, dampproofing, caulking, firestop & expansion joint installation, interior & exterior, off 60' & 85' lifts.
At completion: more than 46 miles of joint sealant, firestop, & control-joint work installed.
North Carolina summers don’t negotiate. Our crews worked through triple-digit heat indexes off 60’ & 85’ lifts & never blinked. After hours, Greensboro had its rewards — cold beer, good people, & the Greensboro Grasshopper ballpark that reminded everyone why baseball’s better up close. We’re proud of the work our crews put in.
