The new two-story – 110,000 SF expansion project was one of the largest, if not the largest, construction projects in Chelsea’s history. The addition includes 48 new private patient rooms and six intensive care rooms. Also included is a new emergency department with 20 treatment rooms, a conference space, meeting rooms, a small retail and café area, as well as a pharmacy. ISI completed the required joint sealants, expansion joints, and fire-stopping for specific portions of the project.
