For DDOT Coolidge, Industrial Services helped protect the facility inside and out.
On the exterior, we installed AIR-SHIELD air-barrier membrane at CMU stair shafts, and at framed canopy walls/soffits. Inside, our team completed CMU wall firestopping, along with masonry control and expansion joint caulking.
We completed these scopes for 3 different subcontractors. The masons, carpenters, and metal panel subs.
Different systems. Different elevations. One purpose: a safer, more durable building from the roofline to the interior structure.
