For 9 months, in all weather conditions, Industrial Services worked with EPRO, Inc. & ATC Group Services to complete the installation of over 200,000 SF of vapor mitigation systems in 19 buildings to bring 300+ housing units to a brownfield site. IS1 VP, Chris Passeri, says of the project, “for as long as I can remember, even back to my childhood, that site has been vacant. It’s been an honor and a privilege to provide services that support the redevelopment of this area and bring additional housing options to the community.”
Though all projects take teamwork, this one provided IS1 craft workers the opportunity to step in and step up. Long time senior foreman, TJ Martolock, led the work with an enormous amount of support from junior foremen, Jake Jarvis and Carl Decker. We’re incredibly proud of the dedication and tenacity that our team displayed this year in getting this work done under less-than-ideal conditions. Congratulations on a job well done.
