TBA Credit Union in Traverse City recently celebrated the groundbreaking for its new regional headquarters. A Brownfield Redevelopment Work Plan was established by which two buildings were demolished making way for the financial institution’s three-story building, complete with a full-service lobby, 24-hour ATM and community room. Construction is expected to last eight to 12 months with the goal to be open for business in spring 2014. ISI was responsible for the installation of a Cetco CoreFlex Vapor Barrier and Waterproofing System.
